Warranty and Workmanship

Purrfect Pens materials are covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, and installation is also covered by a 10-year workmanship guarantee from Purrfect Pens. General wear and tear, and deterioration or failure of other materials such as fencing, pergolas, brickwork, and flooring not installed by Purrfect Pens are not covered.

Enclosures installed by Purrfect Pens are intended for cat containment and are not intended to enhance or replace the safety and security of balconies and other domestic outdoor areas, as required by Australian law and relevant building safety standards. Purrfect Pens recommends children are supervised when in proximity of a Purrfect Pens enclosure.

Purrfect Pens recommends no items are attached to or suspended from installed products due to risks posed to the safety of people and animals.
